Last week, each manager at Naples, Tampa and Key West Harbour and Florida Marina Clubs attended a two day training workshop at the Paychex offices in Fort Myers. During the training each manager learned about HR, customer service, employee retention, advertising, social media and so much more! Each employee participated in ice breaker activities, took quizzes and worked on employee morale. Each site would like to thank Paychex for hosting such an informative workshop.
